• Speaking Circles, (Tuesdays, 7:15-9:30 pm) This is a well-received group that helps participants recover from public speaking anxiety. For more information: Speaking Circles Website
• Social Anxiety Therapy Group Co-ed for ages 18 and up, Friday evenings. Participants must be screened by Dr. Victoria Baxter (410-938-8457, ext. 7).
• Men's Group, (Wednesdays, 7:30-9:00 pm)
• Panic, Agoraphobia and GAD Therapy Group, (Monthly, Thursday, 1:00-2:30 pm)
• Panic/Agoraphobia In Vivo Exposure Group, (Alternate Thursdays, 10:15 am-12:30 pm)
• Support Group for Fearful Fliers

  The group will provide ongoing support both for those who have been through ASDI's fear of flying program, and for newcomers who are not yet ready for a practice flight/class. The main focus will be on utilizing member support in encouraging participants to remember and implement the cognitive and behavioral techniques they have learned to use while flying. Continued cognitive and behavioral education regarding the fears associated with flying will be presented during the class time on an as-needed basis. Group members are encouraged to attend monthly, however those who wish to attend on an as-needed basis will also be welcome.
