Social Anxiety Group for Adults: POSTPONED UNTIL SPRING, 2020
This group is designed to help adults who struggle with social anxiety. Utilizing acceptance-based cognitive behavioral therapy, this group will help participants to learn about social anxiety, clarify their personal values, and challenge their anxiety in order to live a richer, more meaningful life. The group format has been shown to be a powerful tool for those with social anxiety to connect with others and take safe risks.
The group will meet on Mondays from 6:00 pm - 7:30 pm, meeting for 12 weeks. The cost will be $260 per month, and payment will be collected every 4 weeks. New ASDI clients must complete a pre-group evaluation in order to join.
