Many of ASDI's clinicians attended the 32nd Annual Conference of the Anxiety Disorders Association of America in Washington, DC. Ms. Stephnie Thomas presented a case study entitled, Mindfully Using ACT to Treat Refractory Trichotillomania, and participated as a panel member for Fear of Flying: A Conversation Among Experts. Mr. Andre Papantonio presented a workshop entitled, Methods and Metaphors for Teaching Our Patients about Cognitive Defusion. Mr. Carl Robbins and Drs. David Epstein, Sally Winston, and Steve Shearer presented a symposium entitled, Lessons Learned: Senior Clinicians Explore Our Own Failed or Interminable Cases.
